Vimana Yoga

Vimana Yoga is a therapeutic, fitness based, class designed for all levels.  We will explore all of the Bikram postures plus learn basic flow as well as strengthening and stabilizing exercises. Vimana Yoga combines several styles of yoga including Bikram, Forrest, Para, and Vinyasa Yoga, and prepares you for all styles of practice. Learn how to listen to your body so that you can heal injuries, and grow and expand your practice! The room is heated between 95 and 100 degrees

White Horse Flow

White Horse Flow is a fun, alignment based flow class with groovy music. This class is designed for active mountain people and athletes to cultivate an unsurpassed physical, mental, and spiritual experience. Each week we will focus on a different theme, so you will feel strong, supple, balanced, enlivened, and nurtured, as your practice grows and expands. (All Levels) The room is heated between 90 and 100 degrees

Hot Stretch

Vimana Hot Stretch® is a restorative practice with elements that include gentle flow, some long hold (Yin) postures, Dynamic Movement with Breath, short meditations, and Savasana.  This practice will bring in a steadiness that helps you to tap into your subconscious, allowing you to release stress, and deep held patterning by resetting your Parasympathetic nervous system.  We focus on stretching hips, shoulders, neck and arms with minimal arm balancing. (Level 1-2) The room is heated between 95 and 100 degrees

Yoga Sculpt

SPECIAL CLASS

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 7TH AT 8:30

Yoga Sculpt combines yoga with weights and interval training, to create a high energy, fun yoga class with class designed to build strength and endurance, release stress and tension, and clear your mind. Learn this go anywhere workout which includes: light weights, primal movement, plyometrics, core, balance play, interval training, inversion training, and fun movements!

 

Inversions

Join Bel for a fun, dynamic, playful, journey into the world of arm balancing, gravity surfing and inversions. You will learn many conditioning techniques to prepare for arm balancing, floating, tiger, headstand, and handstands! We will also explore fun transitions between postures.

NFT Yoga

Private lessons available

NFT yoga is comprised of a unique healing trio of Neuroplasticity, Kinesiology and Life Education while doing yoga poses.  Focus will be on strength, flexibility, and endurance and learning how to actively use the brain, body, spirit connection for full-body healing and function.
This is an educational active class that will be full of new healing information that you can carry with you all day, every day!

Synergy-Acro Yoga

Synergy-Acro Yoga is an interactive, healing art that incorporates partner stretching, "flying" and beginning acrobatics. It inspires trust, community, and playfulness. Learn to listen, feel, and communicate in a whole new way with Synergy Partner Yoga. Come solo or with a friend.

Come shake off your stress and tension in this fun dance style yoga class designed to clear your mind and awaken the Shakti energy. Buti incorporates primal movement, tribal dance, plyometrics, core, balance, and fun movement to an up-beat playlist.
